Sodium Chloride

Sodium Chloride occurs as a transparent to opaque, white crystalline solid of variable particle size. Salt is a generic term applied to commercially produced Sodium Chloride. It is available in various crystalline forms, referred to as evaporated salt, rock salt (may be white to off white), solar salt, or simply salt.
