Qualifications :
- Male
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead
- Preferably from raw material distributors, FMCG, or food ingredients industries
- Strong understanding of FEFO/FIFO systems, including handling lot/batch numbers, expiry dates, stock aging, and product traceability
- Strong warehouse stock accuracy management with a minimum target accuracy of 99%
- Understand and capable of warehouse capacity management (pallet management, floor stacking, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and maximize team performance effectively

Job Description :
- Conduct testing and evaluation of new samples (both raw materials and non-raw materials) related to food products.
- Select and evaluate raw materials and trading products in accordance with company acceptance standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and prepare reports related to newly tested samples.
- Conduct and develop new product trials, including product matching, process development, and various application products to support marketing and sales promotional activities.
- Develop product knowledge materials and training content for the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Conduct trials and improvements for existing application products.
- Collect and maintain all documentation related to application products and newly tested samples.
- Prepare new Work Instructions (WI) related to new product sample testing procedures.
- Perform stability testing for raw materials and trading products.
- Communicate actively with the Marketing Department regarding new product trials, sample shipment confirmations, and document requests from the Sales team.
- Support all ongoing projects and activities within the R&D team.
