- Create PR (Purchase Requisition) in the BC (Business Central) system based on email requests for goods from the Supply Chain Manager or Inventory Control Unit Head and request approval from the board of directors at BC, and create manual maklon PR according to the request of the Production Planning Unit Head, and issue the PR to the import and/or purchasing team.
- Daily update of monthly coverage file, including PR input that has been issued, PR that has become PO, outstanding PO schedule, stock, and PSS result development
- Follow up on PR purchase status that has been issued to purchasing
- Update schedule and all PO development info and packaging changes from import and purchasing teams to be forwarded to all sales managers
- Distribute outstanding PO files from import team that have been updated with special allocation notes per PO, direct container PO, and quantity/POD changes to all sales managers
